SCHROEPPEL, N.Y. (AP) - New York State Police say an 18-year-old woman has been killed in a two-car collision in central New York.

Troopers say a northbound vehicle crossed the center line on a two-lane highway in rural Oswego County and hit another vehicle around 9:30 a.m. Thursday. The crash killed Morgan Stoutenger of Phoenix, New York. She was a front-seat passenger in the northbound car driven by 18-year-old Jakob Robinson, also of Phoenix.

Robinson was transported to a Syracuse hospital and was listed in critical condition. The driver of the other vehicle, 77-year-old John Spencer of Fulton, was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. His passenger, 74-year-old Jean Spencer, was hospitalized with a leg injury.

State police say Robinson appears to have lost control of his car on the snow-covered roadway.
