PLUM, Pa. (AP) - The Boyce Park skiing and snow tubing slopes near Pittsburgh have opened for the season.

The county-owned park in Plum, about 15 miles east of the city, has been making snow due to recent frigid temperatures. The slopes opened Friday.

The ski slopes and snow tubing areas will remain open through mid-March, weather permitting.
