RAWLINS, Wyo. (AP) - The manager of the Sinclair refinery in Carbon County says the fire that broke out at the facility earlier this week took place in the hydrocracker unit.

The Rawlins Times reports (https://bit.ly/1O2pjtS ) that the early Monday fire caused no injuries and manager Steve Sondergard says the damage was minimal.

Sondergard says a tube in a heater had ruptured inside the “high pressure” unit, but an internal investigation into what caused the blaze remains ongoing.

Operations are expected to resume in the hydrocracker unit by next week.
