JOPLIN, Mo. (AP) - A 22-year-old man has been arrested on an Ohio homicide warrant after a four-hour standoff in southwest Missouri’s Joplin.

The Joplin Globe reports that police announced Thursday that Davon Granger, of Joplin, was apprehended Wednesday night after a police dog found him under a house. No attorney is listed for him in online court records in Missouri.

Granger was one of three people charged in the killing of 29-year-old Courtney Elmore. Granger is accused of shooting Elmore in May 2015 as he climbed into a van in Columbus, Ohio.

The Columbus Dispatch reports that 28-year-old Chiquetta Hager, of Zanesville, Ohio, is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter and abduction. A third suspect, 30-year-old Dante Young, is charged with tampering with evidence in the case.
