SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - For the second month in a row, Utah’s unemployment rate dropped slightly last month, falling to 3.1 percent. It was 3.2 percent in October.

Data released Friday by the Utah Department of Workforce Services show 46,600 Utah residents were unemployed in November but looking for work.

The national unemployment rate fell last month as well, dropping three tenths of a point to 4.6 percent.
