JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - Authorities have arrested one of two suspects in a deadly Halloween shooting in Jefferson City.

Police say the 19-year-old suspect is being held on suspicion of second-degree murder in the death of 29-year-old Terrance Davis, of Jefferson City. No charges were immediately filed.

The caller who reported the Oct. 31 shooting said an argument broke out beforehand. Authorities are urging anyone with information about the second suspect to come forward.
