BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. (AP) - Police in Bullhead City say a 47-year-old woman was killed while crossing Highway 95 on Thursday.

Police say Amber Lee Currier wasn’t in the pedestrian crossing when she was struck by a car in the southbound lane.

A spokeswoman said there was no indication that driver was impaired. The driver cooperated with police and submitted a sample for drug and alcohol testing.

An investigation is ongoing.
