RICHLAND, Wash. (AP) - A West Richland man has been convicted of drugging and raping a girl over several years.

The Tri-City Herald reports (https://goo.gl/2oOw6u ) 39-year-old Kevin Hubbard was convicted this week of two counts of child rape, child molestation and three counts of distributing a controlled substance to a person under 18.

Hubbard was arrested in August 2015 after the victim went to police.
