NEW YORK (AP) - Authorities say a Staten Island man who took an empty city bus for a joy ride two years ago has done it again.

Police say Nicholas Ellias entered the parked MTA bus at the Saint George Ferry Terminal on Friday morning and drove it about four miles.

Police say he did the same thing two years ago, driving off in a bus from the same terminal.

Ellias faces charges of grand larceny and criminal mischief.

It wasn’t immediately clear if he had a lawyer who could comment on the charges.
