NJ Transit spokesman Jim Smith said the agency is “vigorously investigating” and encouraged customers to report any problems to its customer service department.

There was no accident or injuries reported in the incident that occurred around 6 a.m. Thursday.

It wasn’t clear why the bus was driving the wrong way.
