SEAFORD, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have arrested two men who allegedly robbed a third man at knifepoint in Seaford.

The agency said in a news release that the crime occurred Saturday night. Troopers say the victim got a ride with two men, who then demanded money from him.

Police say when the victim refused to comply, one of the men pulled a knife and threatened him. Authorities say the suspects took money and medication from the victim.

Troopers say the victim escaped from the car and called 911. Police stopped a car matching the description the victim gave them and arrested two men.

Twenty-seven-year-old James “TJ” Ritchie of Laurel and 30-year-old Justin S. Poole of Maryland are charged with robbery and other offenses.
