LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Gov. Asa Hutchinson has announced creation of an Office of Transformation to find ways to make government more efficient and to reduce costs.

Hutchinson on Monday announced the office and said Amy Fecher will serve as head of the office.

Fecher is currently executive vice president of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission and will continue in that position while serving as chief transformation officer.
