RENO, Nev. (AP) - A man and a woman selling cleaning products door-to-door have been arrested in Reno for the second time in a week for engaging in business without a license in neighborhoods off the Mount Rose Highway.

Washoe County sheriff’s deputies say 52-year-old Barry Vierra of Sparks and 20-year-old Chelsea Powell of Texas were booked late last week on suspicion of soliciting without a license.

Both also were booked on suspicion of drug-related charges and Vierra is accused of failing to register as an ex-felon.

Deputies say they responded to a residence in the Saddlehorn area on Wednesday after a homeowner reported two people engaged in suspicious activity.

The sheriff’s office says deputies located the same two suspects who had been arrested for the same activity a week earlier a few miles away in the Joy Lake Area near Galena Creek.
