ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - Arraignments on second-degree murder charges have been scheduled for the estranged wife and two sons of a suburban Rochester man found dead with his face disfigured by acid.

Laura Rideout and her sons, Colin and Alexander, are scheduled to be arraigned in state Supreme Court in Rochester on Dec. 19. A third defendant, Paul Tucci, Laura Rideout’s boyfriend, is also scheduled for arraignment then.

All four have been charged with second-degree murder in the slaying of 50-year-old Craig Rideout after initially being charged with evidence tampering.

Police say the Penfield resident’s body was found in woods along a Finger Lakes road last July.

Officials say he had been struck and strangled and his face was disfigured by some type of acid.
