BODCAW, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas State Police are asking for public assistance in finding the driver of a vehicle involved in a deadly hit-and-run in southwestern Arkansas.

Troopers say 23-year-old James Matthew Langston of Rosston died after being struck by a vehicle on State Highway 32 near Bodcaw in Nevada County between 4 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. Sunday. An ASP report says Langston was apparently in the roadway when he was struck near the Little Bodcaw Creek Bridge.

Investigators believe Langston was struck by an eastbound vehicle that left the scene and are hoping to hear from anyone who was traveling in the area during that time and saw anything unusual or know of a vehicle with fresh damage to it.
