DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) - Spring wheat and durum wheat research and marketing are the focus of meetings this week in Dickinson and Minot.

The North Dakota Wheat Commission, North Dakota Grain Growers Association and North Dakota State University Extension Service are hosting the meetings at Dickinson’s Ramada Grand Dakota Lodge on Thursday and Minot’s Holiday Inn Riverside on Friday.

Wheat Commission Marketing Specialist Erica Olson says the meetings can give farmers production and marketing information they can use in their operations. Topics this year range from insect and disease management to seeding rates.
