DURAND, Wis. (AP) - A hunter who was beaten after wandering onto private property in Pepin County is suing his attacker.

WEAU-TV (https://bit.ly/1RvEbo6 ) reports Kevin Elberg spent ten days in jail and was ordered to serve two years of probation for misdemeanor battery in the November 2014 attack on Sao Vang.
