BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - North Dakota’s congressional delegation says more than $2 million in federal funding is being distributed at public housing authorities throughout the state.

The money comes from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Capital Fund program. The funds are intended to help 15 North Dakota housing authorities remodel, modernize, and make needed major improvements to public housing.

The grants range from about $681,000 for the Fargo Housing and Redevelopment Authority to about $8,450 for the McIntosh County Housing Authority.
