HELENA, Mont. (AP) - The victim of a single-vehicle crash on a rural road north of Helena has been identified as 23-year-old Raith Dominic Kurtz, of Scobey.

The accident occurred about 2:30 a.m. Saturday when an eastbound 2004 Chevy truck failed to make a right-hand turn and rolled multiple times.

The Montana Highway Patrol says a 23-year-old woman also was injured.

The patrol says Logan McDougall Weidman was in serious but stable condition Saturday at St. Peter’s Hospital.

The accident remains under investigation.
