MILWAUKEE (AP) - A 23-year-old woman is charged with felony murder after prosecutors say she planned a robbery that resulted in her husband’s death.

A criminal complaint released Monday says Lakisha Love-Schoos confessed to planning the robbery of 54-year-old Michael Schoos. He was shot and killed during the Oct. 20 home invasion.

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports ( four men have also been charged.

Love-Schoos told police she “was tired of arguing and fighting” with her husband. She allegedly met one of the men at a car wash, where the two had sex and came up with the plan.

The complaint says the four men and a fifth unidentified man went to the house and ransacked it. Schoos was shot in the back.

Online records don’t list an attorney to comment on Love-Schoos’ behalf.
