DALLAS (AP) - Dallas firefighters have extinguished a church fire that destroyed much of the two-story structure.

Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman Jason Evans says no injuries were reported in the blaze that broke out around dawn Wednesday. Crews put out the fire that left just part of the frame of the church standing.

A sign on the outside of the church identified it as Iglesia de Cristo Camino de Santidad.

Authorities did not immediately release details on a possible cause of the fire at the church west of downtown Dallas.
