RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump is planning to return to Virginia ahead of the March 1 primary.

The GOP front-runner set to appear at an event at Regent University on Feb. 24 in Virginia Beach.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports (https://bit.ly/1PQO3nC ) that other GOP hopefuls will also visit Virginia before the primary.

Ohio Gov. John Kasich is scheduled to host a town hall meeting Monday at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.

And retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson will be at Regent on Feb. 29.

Virginia is one of several states holding a primary contest on so-called Super Tuesday.
