MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) - A woman charged for her alleged role in the December killing of one woman in Missoula and an assault on another is scheduled to go to trial in August.

The Missoulian reports (https://bit.ly/24a2Pj2 ) that on Tuesday, a Missoula Count District Court judge set Sarah Rae McKnight’s trial for Aug. 8-12.

McKnight is charged with deliberate homicide in the Dec. 21 killing of Lonette Keehner at a Missoula motel and accountability to attempted deliberate homicide for an attack on another woman in a grocery store parking lot on the same day.

Scott Austin Price is charged with deliberate homicide, attempted deliberate homicide and other felonies for the Missoula attacks. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 23, at which time his trial is likely to be scheduled.

Both Knight and Price have pleaded not guilty.
