STORRS, Conn. (AP) - Breanna Stewart scored 14 points off the bench Wednesday to lead top-ranked UConn to its 62nd consecutive win, an 88-34 rout of Cincinnati.
The senior added eight rebounds and five assists in just 21 minutes as UConn (25-0, 14-0 American Athletic) reached the 25-win plateau for the 23rd consecutive season.
Coach Geno Auriemma chose not to start Stewart, a two-time national player of the year, or his two other stars, Moriah Jefferson and Morgan Tuck.
Georgetown transfer Natalie Butler, who started at center for UConn, scored 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.
Ana Owens and Bianca Quisenberry each had nine points for Cincinnati (7-18, 3-11).
NO. 4 BAYLOR 66, NO. 17 OKLAHOMA STATE 41
WACO, Texas (AP) - Nina Davis had 13 points with 13 rebounds and Baylor won its 13th consecutive game while avenging its only loss of the season over Oklahoma State.
The Lady Bears (26-1, 13-1 Big 12) led throughout after scoring the first 10 points in the game and finally took control with an 18-2 run that spanned the end of the third quarter and start of the fourth.
Alexis Jones had 20 points for Baylor, while senior point guard Niya Johnson had 11 assists after missing the 52-45 loss at Oklahoma State in the Big 12 opener on Dec. 30.
Brittney Martin had 12 points and 11 rebounds for Oklahoma State (19-6, 9-5).
NO. 6 MARYLAND 76, MICHIGAN 56
COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) - Brionna Jones scored 20 points and Maryland overwhelmed Michigan in the second half to pull away for a victory.
The Terrapins (24-3, 13-2 Big Ten) fell behind by nine points in the second quarter and 30-29 at halftime - only the third time this season Maryland trailed at the break.
The third quarter, however, was completely different. Maryland tallied the final nine points of the period for a 51-40 lead. Maryland turned the game into a rout by outscoring Michigan 25-14 in the fourth quarter.
Katelynn Flaherty led Michigan (15-11, 7-8) with 17 points.
NO. 8 TEXAS 58, KANSAS STATE 51
AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - Brady Sanders scored 12 points and Texas overcame a 14-point second-half deficit to defeat Kansas State
Sanders made two free throws and a putback on consecutive possessions to give Texas a 47-43 lead with four minutes remaining. Kansas State never caught up.
Ariel Atkins and Imani Boyette scored 10 apiece for Texas (23-2, 12-2 Big 12).
Breanna Lewis led Kansas State (16-9, 6-8) with 20 points.
WEST VIRGINIA 63, NO. 20 OKLAHOMA 55
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - Arielle Roberson had nine points, 14 rebounds, five steals and three blocks and made some key free throws down the stretch to help West Virginia beat Oklahoma.
West Virginia made 3 of 4 at the stripe to close it out.
Bria Holmes had 14 points for West Virginia (20-7, 9-5 Big 12).
Peyton Little led Oklahoma (17-8, 8-6) with 14 points.
