LAS VEGAS (AP) - A judge is going to consider the fitness for trial of a 25-year-old woman accused of intentionally plowing a car into pedestrians on a Las Vegas Strip sidewalk.

Lakeisha Nicole Holloway didn’t make a scheduled court appearance before a judge Thursday, after refusing to enter the courtroom for a similar hearing on Feb. 5.

Her lawyers say Holloway is scheduled instead for a competency hearing March 11 in Clark County District Court.

Holloway faces 71 felonies including murder, attempted murder and battery with a deadly weapon in the Dec. 20 crash that killed one person and injured at least 34 others.

Police say Holloway was from Portland, Oregon. She told investigators she and her 3-year-old daughter were living in her car for more than a week before the crash.
