LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - A Wyoming man has pleaded not guilty to stealing tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of fireworks, electronics and other items.

The Laramie Boomerang reports (https://bit.ly/24cabTe ) that 31-year-old Jon Keith Barton was charged with five felonies. Each charge carries a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

An Albany County Sheriff’s Office affidavit says Barton stole about $2,000 worth of fireworks from roadside stands on two occasions, as well as siphoning gas from vehicles and breaking into storage units.
