SAGINAW, Mich. (AP) - Two men have been ordered to stand trial in the October slaying of a 19-year-old man whose body was found in a park on Saginaw’s west side.

The Saginaw News reports (https://bit.ly/1KVHvSJ ) Tuesday District Judge Kyle Higgs Tarrant has ruled probable cause existed for Jamal Reid and Jason Wrenn to be bound over to circuit court on open murder charges in the death of Laquavis Cooper.

They also are charged with armed robbery.

Tarrant said there was not enough evidence to send a third defendant, Charles Wilson Jr., to trial. The newspaper reported that Wilson was to be released from jail Tuesday.
