OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Oklahoma City police have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of a Holdenville man.

Sgt. Ashley Peters said Tuesday that the suspect was arrested Monday on a first-degree murder warrant in the shooting death of Justin Lucas. The suspect is being held without bond pending the filing of formal charges.

Police say Lucas was found with gunshot wounds Saturday morning at a motel in south Oklahoma City. He died after being taken to a hospital.

Police say witnesses reported hearing a fight followed by gunshots before Lucas was found.
