FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) - An early-morning fire has destroyed a mill in Fall River.

Fire officials say the blaze started around 3 a.m. Saturday at the Sagamore Mill.

The building collapsed shortly after firefighters arrived at the scene.

Fall River Fire Chief Robert Viveiros told WPRI-TV (https://bit.ly/1PZWVYi) that the building was vacant and nobody was injured.

Viveiros says the cause of the fire appears suspicious.

The investigation is ongoing.
