BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Fire has destroyed mobile home in Bismarck, displacing a family of three.

Bismarck Fire Department Battalion Chief Rob Carlson tells the Bismarck Tribune (https://bit.ly/1UedepI ) that flames and smoke were visible when firefighters arrived at the home at Holiday Park on South 12th Street about 1:20 p.m. Friday.

Carlson says two adults and one child were home when the fire started, but all were able to get out safely. He says he’s unsure where or how the fire started, but an investigation is being conducted to find the source.

No neighboring homes were damaged.

The American Red Cross says it is assisting the family with emergency lodging, food, clothing and toiletry items.
