NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (AP) - Mike Aaman scored 12 points and added seven rebounds to lead a balanced Wagner attack to an 83-57 blowout win over Central Connecticut State on Saturday.

Romone Saunders and Michael Carey each finished with 11 points, with Saunders adding six assists, for Wagner (18-9, 11-5 NEC). Corey Henson had 9 points and seven assists for the Seahawks, who have won three straight and remain in first place in the Northeast Conference.

Wagner shot 57.1 percent from the field while holding the Blue Devils to just 33.9 percent.

Evan Phoenix scored 12 points to lead Central Connecticut State (4-23, 3-13).

Wagner held a 45-34 lead at the half and continued to apply pressure in the second, pushing its lead past 20 (64-42) on an Aaren Edmead 3-pointer with 12:01 left. Saunders added a layup with 6:16 to go which extended the margin to 76-47, the Seahawks largest of the game.
