PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Portland International Airport is experiencing its wettest winter on record at more than 25 inches and counting.

The Oregonian reports (https://bit.ly/24hM5q8) that data from the National Weather Service counts winter rain from Dec. 11 through February. Normal rainfall at the airport during that period is a little more than 14 inches.

Rain almost set records in Vancouver, downtown Portland and Hillsboro.
