BANGOR, Maine (AP) - Pancake Thomas scored 23 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead Hartford to an 82-74 win over Maine on Wednesday night.

Thomas became the eighth different D-I player in program history to top 500 points in a season - the first to do so since 2007-08.

He was 7 of 16 from the field, including 5 of 7 from 3-point range, for the Hawks (9-21, 4-11 America East Conference), who made double-digit 3-pointers (12) for the 14th time this season.

Thomas hit a 3 to give Hartford a 26-22 lead midway through the first half. But Maine closed on a 19-8 surge to take a 41-34 advantage at halftime.

Thomas, Ross and Blagojevic combined for three 3-pointers early in the second half to put Hartford back on top 48-45. Jack Hobbs made a layup to make it 71-61 with 3:08 remaining and the Hawks cruised from there.

Issac Vann had 23 points and eight rebounds for the Black Bears (8-20, 4-11).
