SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - A judge has sealed the autopsy report of a man whose body was found in a water tank in Santa Fe.

The Santa Fe New Mexican reported (https://bit.ly/1S8S3EX) this week that District Attorney Jennifer Padgett’s office requested the results be sealed because of an ongoing criminal investigation.

A property owner found the body of 35-year-old David Gilbert Dickerson last September after opening the top of a cistern.

Police divers recovered the body from a 12-foot-deep underground water tank.

Authorities are treating the construction worker’s death as a homicide.

They identified four men as people of interest on Monday.

No arrests have been made.
