FARGO, N.D. (AP) - The North Dakota Highway Patrol has accused a motorcyclist of traveling 140 mph in a 75-mph speed zone on Interstate 94.
KFGO-AM reports (bit.ly/1oOJJiw) that 22-year-old Tanner Beighley of Fargo was cited Friday afternoon for speeding, driving without liability insurance, driving without a motorcycle endorsement, and aggravated reckless driving.
Troopers say they responded to a 911 call about a reckless driver and caught up to Beighley on a county road near West Fargo.
