LAS VEGAS (AP) - Las Vegas police have caught several teens suspected of shoplifting BB guns from a Walmart.

KSNV-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1S8Ntqm) that officers are looking into the incident that was reported around 10 a.m. Saturday.

Lt. Jeff Goodwin says police were especially considered after learning the juveniles took Airsoft BB guns that look like handguns.

According to Goodwin, the juveniles fled in a car but then abandoned the vehicle when police approached.

Several went off on foot in different directions.

Goodwin says two were arrested in a home.

Officers are still pursuing other suspects.

Police say there have been a number of incidents in Las Vegas this week of people getting injured by BB pellets.
