YELLVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas State Police say two people died during the weekend in auto crashes on state roads.

The ASP says 67-year-old Betty Bogle of Yellville and 44-year-old Marnie Rowe of Camden both died on Sunday.

A police report says Bogle was killed shortly before 2 p.m. when the car she was riding in on U.S. 62 near Yellville was struck head-on by a car that crossed the centerline of the highway. Both drivers and two juveniles were hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.

State police report that Rowe died just before 8:45 a.m. northeast of Camden when the vehicle she was driving went off Highway 9 and into a ditch, then struck a driveway embankment. The report says the vehicle then went airborne and collided with two trees before landing and overturning.
