SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) - Authorities say eight people were arrested on felony drug charges after undercover agents bought heroin and LSD during a rock concert in Savannah.

The Savannah Morning News reports local, state and federal agencies took part in the drug busts Friday during a concert by the band Widespread Panic at the Savannah Civic Center.

Authorities say undercover agents bought various illegal drugs including heroin and LSD, and they seized a cylinder containing nitrous oxide after observing people buying balloons filled with the gas.

The Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team launched the operation along with agents from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the federal Drug Enforcement Administration.
