LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The National Weather Service says parts of Arkansas are at risk for stormy weather late Monday and during the day Tuesday.

Forecasters say northwest Arkansas could see strong thunderstorms on Monday night, while central and eastern parts of the state are at risk for severe weather on Tuesday, when Arkansas voters will cast ballots in the presidential and state primary contests and judicial races.

Forecasters say large hail and powerful winds are the primary threats with the storm system, and isolated tornadoes are a possibility, too.
