SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - The Vermont Air National Guard is continuing flight training at night this week.

The night trainings are scheduled to take place Tuesday through Saturday from the Air Guard base in South Burlington.

The F-16s are expected to land at approximately 11 p.m. each night.

An Air Guard official says nighttime flight training is an integral phase of pilot training and mastering the skill over Vermont skies ensures pilots’ safety and mission success worldwide.
