WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) - Two people have been killed in a wreck in Winston-Salem.

The Winston-Salem Police Department told local media outlets that the wreck happened shortly before 2 p.m. Wednesday.

Police said 35-year-old Matthew Bronson and 31-year-old Jessica Jones died when their car crossed the center line and struck a van.

The driver and passenger in the van were taken to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center for treatment of their injuries. There was no word on their condition.
