BEULAH, N.D. (AP) - A Beulah day care provider who admitted biting a 3-year-old boy under her supervision has been sentenced to two years of probation.

KXMB-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1PkKhmn ) that Brandy Aadnes pleaded guilty to child abuse and operating a child care facility without a license. She’ll be banned from child care services during her probationary period.

Police began investigating Aadnes after receiving a report about a child being bitten last August. The boy’s relatives told authorities they noticed an adult-size bite mark on his arm. Aadnes later told police she bit the boy to show him that biting hurts after he had bitten another child in her care.
