ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) - Montgomery County police say a couple restrained the man’s 7-year-old son from his shoulders to his knees at bedtime for months.

According to online court records and charging documents, Nicole Williams and Craig Anthoney Williams were charged in December with first-degree child abuse. A scheduling hearing for both is set for Feb. 12 in Montgomery County Circuit Court.

According to charging documents, the boy was taken to a hospital on Dec. 2 with multiple injuries, including cuts, blisters and bruises over his body. The boy also had severe muscle injuries.

The document says Craig Williams admitted to wrapping his son in plastic wrap at bedtime for seven months.

David Driscoll, Craig Williams’ lawyer, tells NBC4 that information that has been made public is not the complete story.
