CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Parts of West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle are under a flood warning amid a combination of snowmelt and rainfall.

The National Weather Service says minor flooding is forecast for the Cacapon River in Morgan County through Friday morning for the Shenandoah River in Jefferson County through early Saturday.

The Potomac River at Harpers Ferry is under a flood watch on Friday.

Parts of the region got hit with more than 3 feet of snow last week.
