BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - Authorities say they took a woman into custody in a stolen vehicle after a series of hit-and-run crashes and a car chase in Burlington.

Police say video footage shows Martin driving a stolen car into the city police headquarters Thursday night, causing structural damage. Authorities say she sped away, before hitting two parked cars and smashing another car.

She’s being held at the Chittenden County Correctional Facility. It wasn’t immediately known if she has an attorney.
