REDLANDS, Calif. (AP) - Doyle Miller says he’s ready to sell the townhome he rented to the couple who committed the Southern California terrorist massacre.

Miller tells the San Bernardino County Sun (https://bit.ly/1X8j1wl ) that he’s got a realtor and had the Redlands unit sterilized and acid-cleaned on Thursday.

Miller also spent about $6,000 to repair damage he says was caused by the FBI.

The home was rented to Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik, who opened fire on Farook’s co-workers at a holiday party in San Bernardino last December. They killed 14 people and wounded 22 before dying hours later in a shootout.

Authorities say the couple stockpiled 12 pipe bombs at the home, along with tools to make more explosives and well over 4,500 rounds of ammunition.
