PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Portland police say a woman either fell or jumped from a building in downtown Portland on Saturday afternoon. The Oregonian reports (https://is.gd/b3n8Am ) there are no indications of foul play involved in her death.

Police spokesman Sgt. Pete Simpson says officers were called to a building near Pioneer Courthouse Square around 12:45 p.m.

Simpson says witness accounts suggest the woman fell at least five stories. The medical examiner is investigating.

The death comes six months after a Hillsboro woman jumped from the top of the nearby Standard Insurance Center, narrowly missing two pedestrians.
