BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Two people are being inducted into the North Dakota Agriculture Hall of Fame.

KOVC radio reports that Jerry Effertz of Velva and Ambrose Hoff of Richardton will be honored at the North Dakota Winter Show in Valley City on March 12.

Effertz is rancher and operates Effertz Black Butte Acres and Adventures, an agriculture and nature tourism destination.

Hoff farms 4,500 acres of land near Richardton and has a beef cattle operation. He also has a grain bin business that has brought nearly 125 jobs to the Richardton area.
