ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - Four people remain hospitalized with injuries suffered when someone opened fire outside a Rochester nightclub, killing a 29-year-old man and wounding three other people.
Police say the gunfire erupted around 2 a.m. Sunday outside the Mexican Village bar and dance club on State Street. Officials say seven men and one woman were shot.
One of the men died. His name hasn’t been released yet.
Three of the injured people were treated and released. Officials at Strong Memorial Hospital say two people remain in guarded condition, while the other two are in satisfactory condition.
Police say the shooting stemmed from a fight inside the bar that spilled outside. No arrests have been reported.
