COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - Colorado Springs police say a man was stabbed after knocking on his neighbor’s door with a baseball bat to complain about TV noise.

The Colorado Springs Gazette reports (https://tinyurl.com/h88jcxl) the man was stabbed in the back and side with a knife Sunday night. He was treated at a hospital and released.

The incident occurred at about 9:50 p.m. It’s not clear what was playing loudly on the TV but the Denver Broncos’ Superbowl game against the Carolina Panthers would have been over by then.

Police arrested a 51-year-old man on charges of second-degree assault.
